TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Double/twin rooms used for single occupancy will be charged at the full rate for two people, less £20.00.
All prices include a full Scottish breakfast and VAT at 17.5%.
Families welcome. When sharing a room with two adults, children under the age of 5 are free of charge; children aged under 12 are half price and children aged over 12 are charged full price.
Cancellation policy: If the reservation is cancelled within 24 hours prior to arrival, and in the event of a no show, the amount of the first night’s accommodation will be deducted from your credit card. Should the accommodation be re-sold, the above will become void and a full refund will be issued.
